How quickly will I receive a response to my questions or problems?

👉 We usually answer all inquiries within 24 hours . Most of the time, we're even faster. 💬✨

What's the best way to wash and care for my oversized T-shirt?

👉 To keep your shirt looking good for a long time, we recommend the following:

Washing : Ideally, wash at 30°C to 40°C on a gentle cycle.

Easy care : Turn inside out to protect prints or colors.

Laundry detergent : Use a mild detergent, preferably without bleach.

Drying : Air drying is ideal – this protects the fabric and its shape. Avoid the dryer, as the heat can cause the shirt to shrink.

Ironing : If necessary, iron on medium heat. Do not iron printed areas directly.

✨ This way your oversized T-shirt stays soft, colorfast and retains its relaxed fit for a long time.

How does the shirt fit – is it more large or small?

👉 Our shirts are intentionally cut in an oversized fit . This means they are deliberately a bit larger and looser than classic T-shirts. If you like the typical oversized look, simply choose your usual size.

✔️ For an extra wide look, you can go up a size.

✔️ If you prefer a slimmer fit, you can also choose a smaller size.

How can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

We process orders at JAWX as quickly as possible so that you receive your products without any waiting time.

If you wish to change or cancel anything after your purchase, please contact us immediately via our Contact form or by email to support@jawx.de .

If your order has not yet been shipped , we can in most cases directly implement changes (e.g. address, size, item) or cancel it.

Once your package has been shipped, no changes are possible – but you can of course return it free of charge after receiving it.

How long is the return period?

👉 You can easily return your order within 14 days .

Returns are easy – simply contact our support team and we will help you quickly.

How do I get my return label?

For returns, simply use our return form .

Enter your order number and email address there – you will then automatically receive your return label by email .

If you would prefer to contact us directly, write to us at support@jawx.de – we will send you the label manually.

💡 Important: Please ensure that the items are unworn and in their original packaging so that the refund can be processed quickly.
